On August 1st, I was priveliged to attend Cacia Batts' (Mrs. Delaware America 2009) baby shower. The shower was over the top with fabulosity. But what else do you expect from someone as kind and beautiful as Cacia. It was held at a beautiful venue and included so much detail. Centerpieces galore, hors d'oeurves, chair covers, a sit down dinner, dance floor, and even a DJ. I thought I was at a wedding. Outside of the aesthetics, I was even more impressed with the outpouring of love and support for Cacia and Ali. They are so blessed and so fortunate to have so many people who genuinely want the best for them. The relationship between Cacia and her beautiful mother brought tears to my eyes. The bond they share is enviable! I have no doubt that Cacia will share that same bond with baby Chase! A couple of pics are below below of the beautiful event. Also, Cacia and I recently started working for the same company. Very exciting!
