Rescue Warriors

Geoff and I routinely participate in Dog and Cat Rescue Transports. Last weekend, we assisted in rescuing several dogs from a South Carolina Kill Shelter to safety in the North. Kind like the Underground Railroad!

If you have a love for animals and desire to get involved, let me know! It doesn't take a lot of time. It doesn't take a lot of effort. Saving their lives is so easy. We typically drive the dogs along the Newark, DE to South Jersey Leg and they continue on from there. If every leg of a transport isn't fulfilled, the dogs would be euthanized. An hour drive can save a life! When I looked in the backseat at the 2 labs, I pondered the life that they will have. Someone will give them a forever home and make up for all of the injustices of their short lives. It's so amazing!
